I can't remember the last time I wasn't sleepy. Its hard to stay awake at work and I'm not pulling my weight. I got loads of paperwork to do for my biz and I got a £100 fine for being late in filing my accounts.

But I've never been happier. I guess its true when they say that the best things come when you are least expecting it and I was certainly not expecting this.

So another day at work. Plenty to do....but zero enthusiasm. Oh wells, gotta keep plugging away and do what over half the population do everyday. Waste away your life to put bread on the table to keep you alive. Paradox?

Been doing a lot of day-dreaming recently..very unlike me. Been thinking about the future and what I want to achieve in relationships and work. I've decided that I can't really take a back seat in life as soon as the going seems to get smoother. Time will pass by in a flash and all those dreams and amibitions really will just remain dreams.

So went to Merry Hill shopping centre yesterday. First time I went there and apparently it is one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe or sth. Based in quite an out-of-the-way location but very scenic. So we went there went to the pet shop and bought 2 fish and left. Yup...bought 2 ickle balloon fish at £2.25 each. Interesting nonetheless since I didn't even know a part of Birmingham like that even existed.

Wow Xanga have improved the entry screen.....loads of buttons to choose from!!

I am so glad to have left Coventry now and moved to Birmingham. There are many more people around and seems to be much more to do!! Already played golf, tennis, sing K and much more all in the space of a week! As a result, my bank balance is dropping at an unbelievable rate!!

Before I forget HAPPY BIRTHDAY RAY!!! Hope you have a great time.

Life is good at the moment. Good company and good times so far. Just wish this bloody flu will give me a break. Still coughing up blood this morning!!

Now settled in Birmingham for about a week. Going to and from work has certainly been made easier saving me both time and money. Even though the work is not exactly stimulating stuff I guess its good for my experience. Need to make myself look for a new job after 6 months I guess. Can't just stay.

Been playing and studying poker loads recently. Been reading books, articles, websites etc etc. I recorded my results for the last month and really believe that its possible to win money from poker. But in a completely different way to what I expected. It takes time, effort, concentration....basically just like a normal job but with the potential to earn more but with more risk. Just like running your own business.

Lesson? There's no such thing as easy money.

Well been in Brum a few days now and have to say that the journey to work is much more pleasant and simple compared to before.

Coming down with a cold or sth. Runny nose and very very sore throat. Lost my voice today so should be interesting at work
